Abdominal birth course
A bespoke version of our hypnobirthing course adapted specifically for those preparing or planning an abdominal (caesarean) birth. The content is delivered in audio and written form for you to work through at a time, place and pace that suits you. We recommend getting started with the material from 28 weeks, but you will have access to all of the units to revisit as many times as you’d like to ahead of your baby’s birth. This is ideal for those who want to be prepared for the eventuality of an unplanned caesarean birth (and know how to apply their hypnobirthing tools effectively), and for those planning an elective caesarean.
